Cenotaph
Our Cenotaph at Magrath’s Memory Park is in need of restoring and may need to be located elsewhere in the Park or Town due to future
emergency services building expansion.
The Town of Magrath and the Magrath History and Museum Association are interested in having your comments towards a place for the cenotaph or ideas for a new cenotaph. The monument weighs over 8O,OOO lbs and there will be some risks and challenges with the relocation. We want to consider all options at this time from rebuilding to relocating it.
